The project "DREAM-Fighting against racism and xenophobia in the media", is a common initiative of 17 organizations, from all over Greece, aiming to fight against discrimination in the media.
Considering the media’s influence on the public opinion and the need of promoting social groups at risk of exclusion, in the labour market, the main objective of this project is, fighting against discrimination -via the active participation of all stakeholders-:
In the media labour market, by creating the appropriate conditions, that will allow the equal representation to employment, of people coming from these groups |

In the media, regarding them as institutions which modulate and influence the public opinion, in order to oppose stereotypes and prejudice, which make these groups' access to the labour market difficult.
The project anticipates diffusing -towards all Greek society's directions- the fundamental principle:
"All different - All equal, which means that everybody, through his different race or nationality, has
the competence to contribute actively to the society and gets benefits from it".
